Friends till the end ..........
Jan and I had a great time yesterday, Labor Day. We drove through the country roads to all of the small rural communities in this area. We found some great old barns and buildings along with a lot of DUST! The farmers were hard at work combining corn ..... with no rain lately, the dust was unbelievable! Despite all of the dust and the unbearable heat (yes, it is still HOT HOT HOT around here), we had a lot of fun.
You just can't beat a good friend and a country drive! It's one of the best things in life :o)

It was a great day. We've been friends for so many years, what is it they say, that "new friends are silver, but old friends are gold." And you my dear are totally golden!!!!
